  • The service must not have been fully delivered or completed in a manner that fulfills the agreed scope of work, where applicable (see Section 4 for service-specific terms)

4. Services Already Delivered or In Progress

Because our services may involve work that begins shortly after purchase (such as campaign setup, strategy development, or creative production), the following applies:

  • If a refund is requested before any work has commenced, you will receive a full refund
  • If a refund is requested after work has commenced but within the 7-day window, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting the work already completed, and refund the remaining balance
  • Once a project or campaign has been fully delivered and accepted, it is no longer eligible for a refund under this guarantee

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@shortlinkagency.shop with:

  1. Your full name and order/reference number
  2. The email address used for the original purchase
  3. The reason for your refund request (optional, but helpful to us)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for a refund:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window has expired
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads)
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by you
  • Custom work explicitly agreed as non-refundable in a separate written agreement or statement of work
